We knew them as Datsun and now we know them as Nissan, but the 240Z is the reason we know them at all. At a time of—ahem—quaint British roadsters and Detroit sturm und drang, the original Z paved the way for responsive, capable sports cars that were within the budget of normal people. Needless to say, they're not in that category anymore—unless you're talking about high-quality 1/18 scale recreations from Maisto. Not only is it draped in an unblemished shade of fire engine red, this Maisto 240Z is done up in "Tokyo Mod" style, which we're told is very popular with Today's Young People®.
