Vintage Hotel Villa D'Este Ashtray

We're all familiar with Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. What many of us might not know is that Villa d'Este isn't a fabulous private home, but rather a fabulous private hotel. Made by the porcelain experts at Ginori, it's certainly the right kind of ashtray for a place like that. And unless you're close personal friends with G̵l̵o̵r̵i̵a̵ ̵V̵a̵n̵d̵e̵r̵b̵i̵l̵t̵ George Clooney, it's all-but-certainly as close as you'll ever get to ashing a Modiano on the shores of Lake Como.
